Lead-generation for an industry leader

In January 2024, Time Point engaged Kooba to create a lead-generation optimised website, highlighting their wide range of workforce management, HR systems, and time tracking systems. Time Point has 29 years of experience providing comprehensive solutions to thousands of clients across industries such as retail, hotels, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, and much more. The goal was to design a site that is easy to navigate, visually accessible, and user-friendly.

Maximising conversions

From initial kickoff meetings, lead-generation was set as the underlying goal of the entire website. In order to facilitate more inbound leads, the user conversion pipeline was streamlined, making it easy for visitors to quickly book a live demo with the Time Point sales team. This was accomplished with the integration of calls to action (CTAs) across the entire website, leading directly to a contact page. To maximise conversions, prospects were presented with various contact options, including a lead-gen form and a contact form.

Highlighting the product

In order to better display Time Point’s value to prospective customers, Kooba focused on clearly displaying the solutions and products available. This was achieved through a dropdown menu in the header, showing solutions clearly grouped by client needs. Likewise, Time Point wanted to speak directly to the industry-specific challenges that their products addressed. This was accomplished with an “industries” menu, which led users to content specific to their industry. This not only demonstrated Time Point’s range of experience, but also showed the direct value of their product library.

Showing value

Another objective of the Time Point website was the illustration of their solutions “in action”. Kooba’s user interface (UI) team addressed this by designing stylised illustrations of the Time Point product, creating a clear and consistent message that highlights the key benefits of the Time Point workforce and HR management system and its practical applications across a range of industries.

Through a lead-gen optimised user experience, a focus on product use cases, and the integration of effective imagery, Kooba built a web solution that perfectly demonstrated Time Point’s value and helped them connect directly with their customers.
