RESEARCH & PLANNING Key Requirements

Like any other client, A&L Goodbody wanted their online presence to incorporate the best possible design work. But it was also important to ensure that the overall impression of any digital interaction was one of quality and reassurance. We looked closely at common user journeys to ensure a user experience that was as seamless and efficient as possible. The goal? Reassuring potential and existing customers, and driving new lead generation.

OUR APPROACH Getting To Work

Kooba re-designed A&L Goodbody from the ground up with an emphasis on clean, clear design and a brief to put people front and centre. We optimised and A/B tested contact and landing pages to drive online revenue and new client acquisition. Lastly, to support the creation of a 'publishing culture' we created an infrastructure that supported ALG in posting new material online in a structured and consistent fashion.
