Kooba is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team in Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, building strong relationships, and helping deliver high-quality digital projects across web, UX, design and technology.
You’ll work alongside a highly experienced team of strategists, designers, developers and project managers, supporting some of Ireland’s leading organisations with their digital platforms.
About the Role
As an Account Manager at Kooba, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly, and identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their digital goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted partner
- Support the delivery of web and digital projects with our internal teams
- Ensure clear communication between clients and project teams
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value to client partnerships
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role
- Experience working in a digital or creative agency environment is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
- Passion for digital, design and great client service
